1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BeyondCV Inc.'s portfolio builder (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and located in the United States to use the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled.
• You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for any subscription fees.
• We do not offer free trials.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant BeyondCV a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service and to display any portfolio you choose to publish.

6. Public Portfolios

Portfolios are public by default. If you publish a portfolio, you understand it will be publicly available and may be indexed by search engines. You can change visibility settings or unpublish at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload or publish content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to distribute malware or harmful code.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

BeyondCV and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, design, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, and PostHog. Their terms and policies apply to their services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." BeyondCV disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeyondCV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BeyondCV harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your content.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware.
